Once you have logged into the Customer Portal, you can change the randomly generated password under “My details”.
Please enter your contract number and the e-mail address that you stored in the customer portal. You will then receive an e-mail with a new password.
You can find your mandate reference (follows MREF+) here or your contract number (follows “Vertrag” (“contract”)) on your bank statement.
